We bought some vegetarian food which are mock fish and chicken to stock up in the freezer. My family loves vegetarian dishes too. There s a very good vegetarian restaurant in the city we often patronize. You will be surprise mock fish, chicken and veg truly imitate the real ones. And they can be more expensive and taste even better for a change. Vegan anyone? I have some mock fish in the freezer and left over carrots. Hmm..I was thinking of what to cook with it?
