  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 stalks spring onions, sliced

Seasoning paste

Mix

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper paste( korean )
  • 1/4 cup hot pepper flakes( korean )
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Put the Chicken and onions into the seasoning paste and mix well in a pot. Then add in 2 cups of water and mix to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil for about 20 minutes over medium high heat covering with a lid.
  3. Then add in the potatoes and green peppers. Give it a stir and cook for further 20 minutes cover with a lid.
  4. Remove the lid and cook for another 3-5 minute until the liquid thickens. It is now ready to serve with steam rice. Voila!
