To Port Denison With Love

ImageTrip to Port Denison  2011

By the time we arrived at Port Denison it was already past lunch and all of us were starved.

We spotted a cafe a few metres from the waters which had the sign says closed. We approached and try our luck and were so pleasantly surprise the person at the door welcomed and served us. It was a delicious and valued meal as you can see heaps of goodies in the pictures.  ImageImage More surprises as we headed for our accommodation at Port Denison.

The owners of the Holiday Home accommodation welcomed us with 2 plates of 3 crayfish each on the dinner table after we checked in. We were amazed to know that Port Denison is a fishing town well known for its rock lobsters and crayfish. We even spotted a huge black mantra ray while fishing at the jetty.

By the way, the owners were so friendly and we enjoyed their generous hospitality. Will be back there soon!
