I am always fascinated by Korean culture and the people. I am also an enthusiast at collecting Korean Chest for my home decor. Its dramas and television shows are very enjoyable indeed. But I had no idea Korean food can be so simple, colorful and captivating. I can even cook Korean any day now. Awesome!
I wanna thank Maangchi for this recipe which served my family yet another enticing meal. This is my version and quick recap of the Sweet Crispy Chicky Wings.

Combine all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Leave it to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Heat up vegetable oil enough to cover the wings. Deep fry twice. Set aside.

- Prepare a big wok and heat up 1 cup of water.
- Add 1 cup of sliced ginger, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup vinegar into the boiling water for 5 minutes. Lower the heat to medium at this point.
