Ingredients
- 200g sweet canned corns, ( chopped, using a food processor )
- 150g sugar
- 475ml coconut milk
- 65g rice flour
- 100g tapioca flour
- 30g custard powder
- a dash of salt
- 125ml water
Method
- Dissolve sugar in coconut milk and add in salt and water.
- Mix rice flour, tapioca flour and custard powder together. Add in the sugar and coconut milk mixture and stir well.
- Add in the sweet corns.
- Cook the mixture over low heat till thick consistency. Turn off the heat immediately when the paste turns thick.
- Pour in a steaming tray and make sure the surface is pressed evenly. Steam for 25 minutes. Slice when cool. Voila!
