Seafood Marinara

A simple lunch. Nothing fancy but just an easy to prepare recipe with some left over frozen prawns and fish. Why not?

Ingredients( 2 servings)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion(white onion), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 cup tomato sauce(I use can tomato)
  • 8 prawns peeled and deveined
  • 1 piece white fish( sliced into pieces )
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 200gm spaghetti (cook according to instructions on the packet)

Method

  1. In a large pan heat oil over medium heat. Stir in the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Bring sauce to a simmer and stir in the fish.
  3. Cook for 1 minute and stir in the prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in parsley and toss in the cooked spaghetti. Serve immediately. There you have it. Voila!
