A simple lunch. Nothing fancy but just an easy to prepare recipe with some left over frozen prawns and fish. Why not?
Ingredients( 2 servings)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion(white onion), finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 cup tomato sauce(I use can tomato)
- 8 prawns peeled and deveined
- 1 piece white fish( sliced into pieces )
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 200gm spaghetti (cook according to instructions on the packet)
Method
- In a large pan heat oil over medium heat. Stir in the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Bring sauce to a simmer and stir in the fish.
- Cook for 1 minute and stir in the prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in parsley and toss in the cooked spaghetti. Serve immediately. There you have it. Voila!
