No regrets intending this restaurant for lunch stop over as the good reviews for a nice fish and chips in this eatery really pays off. Price wise a bit expensive but matches the atmosphere and food. Fresh and yummy! Kids love it. So did the adults. The waterfront setting is just spot on to go for ‘ fish and chips’ and cuppa.
They also served this dish. Beautifully presented you can tell from the plate. Fresh prawns with cream and fresh salads served with rice.
We ordered fresh oysters and tenderly calamari too, served with fresh salads. Simply fresh and delicious.
Look, freshly pan fried Salmon cakes served with homemade mayonnaise and generous fresh salad.
Unforgetable day that I chose a restaurant based on some reviews for a must stop over lunch at Bunbry on the way to Margaret River. And it turns out well and all happy with the food. Unforgetable choice, I chose the right farm to stay the night where the kids including the adults truly enjoyed and wanted a second visit sooner. And an unforgetable event I did the itinerary successfully for we did not miss the little areas of must do and see along the way to the Sunflowers Animals and Farmstay. All these simply because our guests were able to spend only one day and one night in the south. Such a short time for me to plan a one day itinerary where stress levels were inside me. However my determination and challenge turns out a memorable event for their visit here in Perth. Hurray!
This is a valuable experience for kids to come close to nature and its surroundings.
You don’t see animals easily these days in your hometown. Maybe not even live chickens as those the kids see often are in the supermarkets.
Hilarious!
Believe me, he was the ‘tour guide’ lol ! Really he was always around wherever we went.
Friendly rabbits to feed.
Fresh eggs from the farm.
Fresh eggs into omelette. Yum!
Many kiddy stuff and souvenirs.
And breathtaking views too!
There were many different kinds of animals on this farm. The accommodation was also clean and safe for kids. The owners live nearby and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location of this farm was very good as a few minutes drive from here got us into the main town centre Margaret River to buy some groceries. There were many shops, cafes and eateries as well as a visitors centre.
Surely a place not to be missed by young kids and families.
