If you have leftover bananas that s too ripe, you can try this recipe. It is very easy.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 3-4 (medium size bananas, slice each into halves )
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tbp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup water(depends on preferred thickness of batter)
Method
1 Sift dry ingredients.
2 Add water and mix well
3 Dip the bananas and coat evenly with the batter
4 Deep fry until nice golden brown. Serve on a platter. Voila!
