Another simple and easy fish recipe of the day!
Ingredients ( serves 1 )
- 1 piece white fish fillet
- pinch of salt, some ground black pepper
- some paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- some butter
- some lettuce
- 1 lemon wedge
Method
- Season fish with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in pan and fry both sides of the fish fillet till crispy at low heat.
- Garnish with lettuce and lemon wedge. Voila!
