Fish And Vegetables Stir Fry

ImageSimple vegetables dish, straightforward and healthy way to cook. An Asian dish usually serves with steam rice and accompany with some hot soup. You can add mushrooms to enhance flavor.

Ingredients(serves 1)

  • 300g Kai Lan, cleaned
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic

100g white fish( sliced, marinate with 1/2 egg white, pinch of salt/pepper)

Set aside for 15 minutes

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • a little shaoxing wine
  • dash of sesame oil
  • 200ml water

1 tsp cornflour water for thickening(optional)

Method

  1. Blanch Kai Lan in boiling water with a little oil, salt and sugar till just cooked. Dish and drain, arrange on a serving plate. In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil and saute the garlic till fragrant. Add the fish pieces, seasonings except cornflour mix and gently stir fry till cooked. Thicken with cornflour mix. Bring to quick boil. Pour over the fish mixture on top of the vegetables, Serve. Voila!
