Salmon on Red Pepper And Miso

I thought why not for a change  some infusion into this fish recipe. Miso and red pepper paste added together kinda Korean style as a marinade for this fish.

Yes it s turns out good. Again it only take a few minutes preparation, easy.

Ingredients(serves 2)

  • 2 portion salmon fillets
  • some shredded ginger

For marinade

  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
  • Drizzle of some olive oil

Method

Preheat oven to 180’C.

  1. Mix miso and red pepper paste together. Make a slit on both sides of the fillets and rub with the mixed marinades. Topped with ginger and drizzle some olive oil over the fish. Leave it to rest about 20 minutes.
  2. Lay and enclosed the salmon onto a baking sheet or foil and leave in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Open the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through or lightly browned. Garnish as you wish. Serve hot. Voila!
