If you don’t know Tempeh, let me introduce briefly. It is soya bean patties originated from Indonesia. There are many ways of cooking tempeh. Usually, easily and commonly they are deep fried coated with tumeric powder and eat straightaway accompanied with rice. I did a shallow fry with a short braise cooking method.
To some it has a weird taste but I love it because of its unique taste. It has nutritional value containing merely soya. How to make your own tempeh here s a link:http://www.culturesforhealth.com/how-to-make-tempeh
