Kiddy Yoghurt Cupcakes

Couldn’t resist the new cupcake cups recently added to the display shelves at a nearby superstore.

Quickly I did some baking with these cutie cups to amuse the little kids. Surely the easiest and a simple recipe is the yoghurt with sultanas cupcakes. You’ll be surprise how delicious it turns out!

Ingredients

  • 160g plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 35g icing sugar
  • 75g butter
  • 1 egg grade B(beaten)
  • 150g natural yoghurt(unflavoured)
  • 50g dried yellow sultanas

Topping

  • some natural yoghurt

8 pcs paper cups( 6.3cm by 3.8cm )

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together, stir gently until batter is even. Spoon into paper cups 3/4 of the way up. Arrange on a baking tray.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 160’C for 15-2o minutes. Cool cupcakes before topping(optional). Voila! Happy Days!
