Here s another idea using frozen Prata skins(disc shapes) and it needs no introduction at all.
Frozen Prata skins when thawed can be filled with any fillings and then baked in the oven. Frozen Prata skins when cooked can be as delicious as any other methods of fresh dough used to make bread, buns, puffs etc..
For the fillings, I prepared a can of tuna, mixed in some mayonnaise, chopped red onion, a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.
The shaped puffs baked for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated of 180’C to 190’C. until golden brown.
