The ‘Naked’ Carrot Cake

It s been a long time since I baked a cake. My favorite carrot cake. I called this a naked cake as it has no cream frosting as in most recipes.

I would say this is a simple straightforward recipe using AP flour, finely grated carrots, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, oil, orange juice, orange zest and raisins.

Bake in a preheated oven 170 ‘C for 90 mins or when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the caked turns out clean.   

The cake is very fragrant, moist and delicious.
