This recipe is very simple and easy to prepare, a straightforward short crust pastry method. The fillings is unlike other savory pies where more ingredients are added to enhance the flavor. The fillings used in this recipe is more of Asian taste buds using simply chicken, button mushrooms, onions, cream, sesame oil, salt and pepper for taste.
However, I twisted a bit adding chicken stock, beans and the magic ingredient for more flavor is worcestershire sauce. Happy Days!
