The wonders of Castella Cake

It s been a long long time since I wanted to bake this special much talk about cake called Castella. It s a cake originated from Japan.

The handling of this cake during the process of baking is very delicate but I find no trouble and it s that easy to bake.

Very pleased with the results for a first timer. The photos as you can see it s very soft and light. Delicious too. Happy Days!
