

Baked these mini cream puffs. For the filling I used durian puree adding to whipped cream. Happy with the results. Taste delicious with the flavor of durian, the king of Fruits.
There are many recipes about choux pastry making but this one is really very simple and straightforward for newbie. Preparing this choux pastry to make the shells can be tricky. Making sure the choux pastry is not too hot when adding the eggs so as not to cook them. Getting the right consistency will result in a nice presentable pastry.
Ingredients: 100g water, 50g unsalted butter,cake flour 45g salt 1/4 tsp and 2 eggs.
Filling: 150g whipping cream, 25g sugar 2 tbs durian puree.
