Prata Sardines Puffs

This is one of my all time favorites. The prata puffs filled with canned sardines in tomato sauce. I baked these very often. All you need is a can of sardines in tomato sauce, sliced onions, chopped chillies(option), some bottled chilli sauce, a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper and you re good to go.

Standby some frozen pratas in the fridge any day in case you are craving for some savory snacks. Baked in oven 180’C for about 15-20 mins or until pastry turns golden brown. There you have it! Happy Days!!
