

Baked these custard cream buns a while ago. Very simple preparations even though the proofing for the dough requires some time. Custards is easy requires 2 egg yolks, some sugar, milk and plain flour.
As for the dough, the basic ingredients for baking breads like bread flour, sugar, milk, unsalted butter, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Baked at oven temp 180 ‘C for 15-17 mins.
I am pleased with the results as the buns taste so soft and blends well with the sweetness of the custard.
Someone ate two immediately. Happy Days!
