There were some ham, capsicums and onions left in the fridge enough to make a pizza. With a can of pineapple in my pantry I guess I am after a Hawaiian pizza.
I made my own tomato sauce for the base and very pleased that the pizza tasted juicer than previously used store bought pizza sauce.
The pizza dough is also very easy to prepare and straightforward. Simply combine yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and some warmth water to the plain flour and knead to form a soft dough. Roll and shape up the pizza dough. Leave it to rest for 30 mins.
Then add the tomato sauce for the base, top up your favorites, herbs, vegetables and meat. Not forgetting lots of mozzarella cheese is key! Bake in preheated oven 250’C for 15 to 20 mins. Happy Days!
