
Very excited to try this eggless sweet dough bread recipe. Simple to prepare with ingredients like plain flour, sugar, yeast, oil, water and salt .
The secret ingredient is the tangzhong method where water is added to some flour cooked in low heat to form a thick slurry. This is then added to the rest of the ingredients in making a dough. The dough is divided and shaped into desired shapes like buns. You can prepare any fillings for the buns too.
I baked them in preheated oven 190’C for about 10-15 mins. Happy Days !
