
Chinese chive dumplings are a popular snack in Asian countries. And there are many variations of preparing this dish. I have tried making this dumplings several times but not to my expectations especially the texture of the skin often rubbery. Haha, so glad to find this recipe where the texture in the skin turns out soft, moist and springy. The dumplings are steamed and lightly panfry, served with black sweet sauce and chilli sauce.
