

This is a no knead bread which I would bake very often. It can either be just plain bread or made into buttered garlic bread.
It s a no knead method but requires longer time for proofing though. Before I went out for lunch today I quickly prepared the ingredients to make the dough.
It will take two hours for the first proofing. By then the process of proofing is completed when I got home and the next thing was just shaping the dough. A final proofing of another an hour before baking in the oven.
And I could already smell the aroma of the freshly baked bread when almost done. Happy Days!
