Some….Blueberry Muffins

Yes I baked these muffins just after the freshly baked bread buns were done!

There were some blueberries sitting in the fridge and thought I made some muffins.

The recipe is very simple and easy, anyone can … bake it!

I must admit I was very careful when adding the eggs into the creamy buttered sugar so as not to curdle the mixture.

Cake flour and fresh milk were added to the egg mixture and baked in the preheated oven.

The aroma from the baked muffins tells they were ready. They were golden brown and firm to touch too.
