It s been a while since my last postings. Yeah, due to Covid, things and matters are different nowadays. I am feeling bored as not being able to travel and move freely.

Sad to say some countries are less fortunate than us so we should not complain.

Life now I guess is a new norm as ‘dancing with the virus’. Stay well and Stay safe is key !

Well, I am posting some mini chiffons I made using some mini chiffon cake pans my sister sent me.

They are so cute and I just wanna to bake them to try. And I did it with no fuss!

We had lots of lemons grown in our garden this season and they are juicy too. I made some lemon flavoured chiffon cakes and the texture is soft and delicious, no difference from using a larger chiffon pan.
