

This is one of my favourite bread rolls. I made these rolls filled with red bean paste, curry potatoes, corns with ham, whatever I can find sitting in my fridge. I would bake these very often and they would last for a couple of days. Good for brekky and afternoon tea!
I don’t need to go to the bakery. It s all homemade that makes me happy.
Like most bread rolls, all you need is bread flour, salt, sugar, yeast, milk, egg and butter. Once the dough is formed the next thing is proofing which takes about 45 mins( or double in size ). The dough is divided into equal portions and form into desired shapes after fillings is added. Proof the shaped dough for a second time until double in size.
Baked in a preheated oven 180’C for 10-15 mins. until golden brown.
