
So glad that this no knead wholemeal bread always turns out soft, fluffy and delicious every time I bake it.

This recipe can be a simple plain bread, serves as garlic bread toast or go with any spread of your desire.
A straightforward and simple method recipe requires just mixing in the all the dry ingredients like bread flour, wholemeal flour, salt and yeast.
Water is added to form a sticky like dough and leave it to ferment until it double in size.
It is then form into a dough, roll out and shape into a log like and proof until the dough double in size.
Bake in a preheated oven 190’C for 25-30 mins or till golden brown.
I find this so fulfilling!
