Simple,easy and they won’t break the bank, that’s what they would say. Yes, I have some puff pastry left in the freezer and a can of sardine is all I need to create this savory dish. About 2 and a half sheets I used here and a can showing 425gm of sardines.

It s simple as you may already know how to make it. I simply chopped finely some shallots and red chillies and added to the mashed sardines as they are already cooked. Then sprinkle some salt and lime juice for taste. Two and a half sheets makes about 10 puffs and baked in an oven about 180-190’C for about 20 minutes. When turns golden brown, it s ready. That s how I did it. YUM! Voila!
